Wireless EV charging is used to charge the electric vehicles without plugging the wire. It uses electromagnetic induction to charge the vehicle in a faster and autonomous way. It consists of 2 coils, primary coil (installed at power mat) and the secondary coil (installed in the vehicle receiver unit). When the electricity is passed through the primary coil, it leads to the generation of magnetic flux along with electric pressure that is generated by overlapping with secondary coil. Thus the electricity is passed wirelessly from a power mat to the vehicle receiver unit.
